Refreshed by skiing

With cold skin, I'm now writing this. I've been out on a refreshing cross-country ski tour. The inside of us need to feel the cold air, the warming sun and nature in all its guises sometimes. Going skiing is a perfect way to make, at least me, more satisfied with my life. Love skiing, love the nature!
